I have received 2 sessions of reflexology so far and I plan to book a course of 6 when I next attend. Sharon, is very knowledgeable about the meanings behind particular anomalies in the feet. She made it very welcoming to lie back, relax and switch off. The treatment was extremely relaxing and informative about particular issues and lasted for the full 60 mins, plus time afterwards to discuss issues and potential remedies/advice. Excellent value for money, can’t wait for the next session!
